Paul Diamond, Ph.D., J.D.
Dr. Diamond is Of Counsel to the Firm. He is a Registered Patent Attorney who provides a diverse range of intellectual property and patent legal services. Dr. Diamond’s patent practice covers all the life sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and drug discovery, and medicine.
After earning his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard University in 1998, Dr. Diamond worked for two years as a business consultant for a firm specializing in servicing the health science industries. During this time, he was involved in the evaluation of business opportunities and market areas for several leading companies. He is also named as an inventor on one U.S. patent and on several U.S. patent applications.
In 2000, Dr. Diamond joined the intellectual property practice group of the worldwide law firm White & Case LLP, in their New York City office. After four years at White & Case, Dr. Diamond moved on to form his own practice, Diamond Law Office L.L.C. and has joined Green & Pagano, LLP as Of Counsel in December of 2005.
